Delivery Policy - UK & International
Order before 10pm for your order to be dispatched the following working day. (Sun/Thurs)
Orders placed after 10pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Orders placed after 10pm Sun/Thurs will be dispatched on the second following working day.
1st Class Standard Delivery - £1.90 (1-2 working days once dispatched)
2nd Class Standard Delivery - £1.50 (2-3 working days once dispatched)
1st Class Tracked Delivery - £3.40 (1 working day once dispatched)
2nd Class Tracked Delivery £2.50 (2-3 working days once dispatched)
International Tracked Delivery - £8.00 (5-10 working days once dispatched)
Europe Tracked Delivery - £6.00 (3-5 working days once dispatched)
If your parcel has not arrived on time, we are very sorry but unfortunately it is out of our hands. Please allow 15 working days for your parcel to arrive - Still no luck? Send us an email (email@example.com) we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.
If Standard Delivery is the option you have chosen, we have no responsibility for your parcel once it has left our warehouse. If your parcel is lost, damaged or the incorrect address was given at checkout, we can not offer a refund/replacement. (we will always contact Royal Mail in hope they can recover your parcel)
If Tracked Delivery is chosen, a tracking number for your parcel will be attached in your dispatch email. This is the recommended option as it allows you to track every step of your parcels progress, it is a guaranteed service where your parcel will never become lost.

Due to the nature of the item we can not offer refunds/returns for sanitary purposes. This includes products that are know longer wanted/or you have simply changed your mind.
However in the unlikely event your have received faulty/damaged product, we will gladly replace it within 14 days.
